What is the content of the inspection?
• Size inspection: check whether the shape and size of the casting meet the requirements;
• Visual inspection: check whether the casting has casting defects;
• Physical and chemical testing: check the chemical composition of the casting, metallographic structure, whether the mechanical properties meet the requirements;
• Pressure test: check the compactness of the casting, whether the casting leaks;
• Internal quality inspection: such as magnetic particle inspection, X-ray, Y-ray detection, ultrasonic detection.




1. What’s the process of customizing my own product?
    Drawings, 3D files from customer → Order confirmation → Mold design and making → Test and repairing mold → Making sample → Customer confirmation → casting → CNC machining → Surface treatment (optional) → Inspection → Packing → Delivery.
2. How long does it take to receive goods?
    The production period depends on the product structure, quantity and other requirements. After communicating with you about the product, we will provide the delivery date in the quotation. Normally, the time to open mold is 15-25 days, and the mass production time is 7-20 days.
