Cast steel is a kind of casting alloy, with iron and carbon as the main elements, and the carbon content is between 0-2%.
Cast steel can be divided into cast alloy steel and cast carbon steel according to its chemical composition.
304, 316 cast steel is currently the most widely used stainless steel, both are austenitic cast steel, non-magnetic or weak magnetic. 430, 403, and 410 are austenitic-ferritic stainless steels with magnetic properties.

Weight is used to calculate the cost of purchasing materials, processing and shipping.
Non-standard inspection requirements will increase the cost of casting.
The inspection of castings mainly includes dimensional inspection, visual inspection of appearance and surface, chemical composition analysis and mechanical property test. For castings that are more important or difficult to produce in the casting process, non-destructive testing is required.
